Orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours.

Our merchandise goes through several stringent security checks before it is shipped to you. If you have received the wrong product, please visit our page or contact us on reachus@finerichknitwear.com and tell us what went wrong. We will get back to you at the earliest.

Our exchange policy allows you to raise an exchange request within 15 days of its delivery. However, due to the intimate nature of the items and hygiene standards, we regret that we may not be able to offer you any exchange or refund on intimate wear. We also request you to preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

If a product is out of stock, please visit our page or reach out to us at reachus@finerichknitwear.com and tell us what product and size you are interested in. We will answer your query at the earliest.

We currently accept Citrus payments.

Once you have put in a request for a refund, we will initiate it within 24 hours. However, according to our bank policy, a refund may take 4–7 business days.

After the order is placed successfully you will receive an email notification with the items you have ordered. In case the order is not placed successfully, we request you to place it again.
